2 years of instruction of the specific designated class preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Basic knowledge and ability to instruct classesStrong communication and marketing skillsExhibit concern for participant satisfactionFlexibility with scheduleKnowledgeable of the psychosocial and physiological development and spiritual needs of infants, children, adolescents, and all adult age groups (per Erickson’s Model) to provide appropriate care and intervention, either personally or through staffPhysical
