How you'll contribute: A Aide, Nursing who excels in this role: The Aide, Nursing provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients. Perform basic patient care tasks including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support. Provide general nursing care such as patient positioning, lifting, turning, and use of assistive equipment.
Assist with toileting using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation. Take and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and blood pressure, as well as intake and output measurements. Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, including handling personal belongings.
Maintain a clean and comfortable patient environment. Respond promptly to patient call lights, telephone, and paging systems. Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred.
