Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
High school diploma or GED required.
No experience is required. 0-6 months is preferred.
and Knowledge: Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center. Knowledge of medical terminology.
