Ambulatory Services Coordinator,

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current state licensure or certification in related discipline
Certifications
✓Clinical training commensurate with responsibilities (i.e. LVN, EMT, or equivalent)
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years experience in designated discipline
✓Two (2) years of demonstrated ability to organize and manage data
✓Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills to enhance & maintain positive relations with physicians, outside organizations, and staff across all disciplines
✓Excellent organizational skills to execute multiple projects
✓Principal Accountabilities
✓Accountable for customer satisfaction, cost control, and for performance improvement by monitoring and improving the delivery of care.
✓Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
✓Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences. Models Memorial Hermann’s service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized and efficient experiences to patients and colleagues.
