JOB PURPOSE: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) functions as an integral member of the obstetric anesthesia care team, providing comprehensive anesthesia services exclusively for Labor and Delivery patients. This position supports 24-hour OB coverage and delivers safe, high-quality, and patient-centered anesthesia care for obstetrical patients across all acuity levels, including labor analgesia, cesarean delivery, and emergent OB procedures.

Practice is conducted in collaboration with and under the medical direction of anesthesiologists in accordance with state and institutional guidelines.
