• Care Team Model: 11 physicians and 27 CRNAs
• 11,500+ annual surgical cases
• Broad case variety: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, and Peds
• State-of-the-art facility o 13 ORs and 10 NORA o 2 dedicated open-heart ORs o 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU) o Level II Trauma Center
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, 14, and 24-hour shifts
• 1 physician + 1 APP in-house always
