General Anesthesiologist Brooksville, Florida Newly Updated Compensation Plan | 75K Start Date Bonus | 10 Weeks Away Academic Opportunity HCA Healthcare is seeking a BE/BC General Anesthesiologist to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, FL, less than an hour north of Tampa. Opportunity Highlights: Newly updated, competitive compensation plan 75,000 start date bonus plus relocation reimbursement 10 weeks away from practice Only 3 calls per month - 16-hour in-house shifts with post-call day off Minimum 40-hour work week with peel-off relief system Anesthesia Care Team model of 11 Anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs covering 12 sites of Service Supervision ratios: APPs 1:4 |Residents 1:2 Diverse case mix including general, orthopedics, vascular, urology, OB, GI, and endoscopy.
No trauma or Pediatrics Approximately 35-40 cases per day Cardiothoracic anesthesia covered by a separate team. Dedicated GME time for teaching, mentoring, evaluations, and scholarly activities Academic Opportunity For physicians who enjoy teaching, HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital offers the opportunity to help train the next generation of anesthesiologists. Our ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program has a total complement of 15 residents and is affiliated with HCA Healthcare/University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
