What you’ll do
Work with multi-disciplinary teamsWork with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the evaluation process is complete and thorough
Coordinate and manage theCoordinate and manage the care of pre/post-transplant patients while they are hospitalized
Collaborate with physicians, surgeonsCollaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
Provide patient education onProvide patient education on transplant procedures, medications, and post-operative care
Participate in research andParticipate in research and quality improvement initiatives related to transplant services
