Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Primary Care is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions with the flexibility to choose your shifts. Key
Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs: Urgent & Acute Care encounters Behavioral Health visits & follow-ups Chronic Disease Management Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) & Annual Exams Transitional Care Management (TCM) EHR Documentation in Epic Schedule & Shift
Work Model: 100% Remote (Work from home) Monthly Requirement: Minimum of two (2) shifts per calendar month, consisting of: One (1) evening shift OR One (1) weekend shift Additional Availability: Additional shifts may be scheduled based on departmental needs and provider availability. Required
Master’s Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program) Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts Active DEA & MCSR registrations Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
