Licensure
✓Current and valid Physician Assistant License or Advanced Practice Nurse License in the State of Illinois.
✓Education: Master’s degree Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse, IL Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
✓Active Department of Transportation (DOT) certification or obtained through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners within 16 weeks of hire.
Education
✓Master’s degree.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the ages and needs of the patient population served.
✓Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations as needed.
✓Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.
✓Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
✓Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
Prior experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting is preferred but new graduates are eligible as well.
