Qualifications

✓You like troubleshooting problems and understanding how technology supports clinical, financial, or operational teams
✓You are detail-oriented and comfortable following established build, testing, and change control processes

✓You are comfortable working under guidance while developing greater independence and application expertise
✓To Be Considered for the Application Analyst I position, you must have:
✓Ability to perform assigned application work under the guidance of senior analysts and leadership
✓Basic knowledge of application support, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or related technology processes
✓Ability to participate in application testing and accurately document results
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability and willingness to learn new software, applications, systems, and workflows
0 to 2 years of application, system build, application support, healthcare IT, or related experience preferred
Experience with healthcare clinical or financial systems preferred
Knowledge of current clinical or financial system workflows and processes preferred
Experience with application testing, ticket management, go-live support, or change control preferred
