✓Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, finance, or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, clinical operations, project management, consulting, or business process improvement.
✓Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
✓Working knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle functions.
✓Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✓Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
✓Ability to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and support scalable solutions.

Background in implementation planning, operational readiness, post-acquisition integration, or service line expansion. preferred
