The Applications Developer IV is a principal-level role responsible for leading enterprise application architecture, establishing technical standards, and delivering complex software solutions.
This role drives innovation, provides cross-team leadership, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization . As an Application Developer, a typical day may include: Leading enterprise application architecture and solution design, Defining and drive technical standards, frameworks, and best practices, Overseeing the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality delivery, Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with goals Guiding development teams and provide technical leadership Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems, Evaluating and adopt new technologies to support innovation, Ensuring governance, compliance, and security standards are met, Mentoring senior and junior developers across teams, This Role Might Be For You If you have: Expert programming and system design skills, Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and scalable systems Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, Expertise in cloud platforms and distributed systems, Knowledge of microservices and API-driven architecture, Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, Excellent communication and stakeholder management, Ability to define and execute technical strategy, Experience with DevOps and CI/CD integration, Ability to influence cross-functional teams, Strong decision-making capabilities, Attention to detail and quality, To Be Considered for the position, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in application development, system design, or software engineering Hands-on experience in data design, querying, writing procedures using Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases Hands-on data modelling experience using Snowflake Cloud Database Hands-on data modelling experience using dbt technologies Hands-on experience creating multi-tier Web / Windows Applications using Microsoft C#.
