You’ll need
Education
✓Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or background in computer science preferred.
Qualifications
✓Experience providing IT support, preferably in healthcare, required.
✓Understands system designs and process application flows required. Proficient with database programs, table management or other relevant applications required.
✓Proficient with Microsoft tools and applications.
✓Good judgment and problem-solving skills required
✓Gives attention to detail and follows up on outstanding issues.
✓Good communication and telephone skills
Two (2) years' experience in healthcare risk or quality departments preferred
Two (2) years’ IT programming or computer operations experience preferred
Medical terminology preferred
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of supported systems preferred.
Previous experience with healthcare electronic risk reporting applications preferred.
