UofL Health/UofL Health Physicians Group is seeking an experienced APP Hospitalist to join UofL Health-South Hospital in Shepherdsville, KY. UofL Health-South Hospital is a 40 bed facility, w/ 20 future patient rooms, along with cardiopulmonary, respiratory therapy, and support space!
Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Diagnoses and manage moderately to complex medical conditionsCoordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
Participate in clinical quality improvement programs. Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent careExercise independent clinical judgment in patient management. Current licensure in state of Kentucky as an APRN.
