Qualifications
✓Minimum of two years APP experience in an acute care setting, -OR- recently licensed APP with 5 years' experience in an acute care setting as an RN.
✓Must be able to operate all typical nursing equipment essential to performing the job (i.e., scales, procedure equipment, needles, blood pressure equipment, and EKG machines).
✓Must have normal communication sensory requirement.
✓Ability to comply with CDC Universal Precautions when indicated.
✓Participate in policy development
✓Mentor nurses
✓Identify acute and chronic health conditions
✓Assess risk factors and overall patient status
✓Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse Testing
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
