What You Need to Know In this role, you’ll help our teams improve how they care for patients, through these responsibilitiesAnalyze CMS, SHP and AccentCare data to monitor trends and suggest ways to improve metricsServe as the primary Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement resource for the regionProvide expertise and preparation planning for triannual surveys to maintain our CHAP accreditationHelp plan for planned external surveysProvide remote consultation during unplanned state surveysPerform annual quality audits for each locationTo be considered, you’ll need to meet these
