Days l Full Time #LI-MR1 How you’ll make an impact in this role Operations & Regulatory Compliance: Direct daily facility operations and step in for leadership as licensed, ensuring consistent adherence to resident care standards and state/local regulatory requirements. Financial Planning & Resource Management: Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and expenditure tracking while monitoring variances, marketing goals, and operational data reported to leadership.
Issue Resolution & Team Leadership: Serve as a primary point of contact to resolve resident, operational, and staff conflicts to maintain a smooth, compliant working environment. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): None Required. Preferred Credential(s): Nursing Home Administrator.
Education High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
