Program Focus: Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments, job rotations, instructor-led courses, and distance learning Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes, complexities, and service lines, including rotations at our Support Center Take on a leadership role within the hospital, managing a group of departments The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospital's decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s mission, while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success
Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports. Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure Master’s degree in business, nursing, or related field.
