You will support the Director/Nurse Manager in planning, organizing, and directing patient care services, while also contributing to budget management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Two years of RN experience. Current RN license in the State of Michigan. BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.
