Rotating w/weekend coverage Hospital: Henry Ford Health Genesys Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan GENERAL SUMMARY Emergency Unit at Genesys is a Trauma Level 111. This is a 47 bed unit with an additional 10 bed overflow. 2 dedicated trauma bays. This unit excels in stroke Under the supervision of the Director/Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role.

This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

Role Overview As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within your department. Working under the guidance of the Director or Nurse Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership skills to plan, organize, and direct patient care services.

Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Two years of RN experience.

Current RN license in the State of Michigan. BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards. Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.
