Role Overview As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within your department.
You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by overseeing clinical operations, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a positive work environment for your team. Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and quality improvement programs. Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and organizational goals.
Support the establishment and achievement of department goals and objectives. Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies. Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel as needed.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Two years of RN experience. Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards. Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.
Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting. Experience with budget management and quality improvement initiatives.
