Licensure
✓Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
Certifications
Hospice and Palliative Nursing certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
Education
✓Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Qualifications
✓Three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health and/or Hospice/Palliative care
✓Two years progressive leadership/supervisory experience. Consideration may be given for a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Inpatient facility experience.
✓Demonstrate and apply working knowledge of hospice/home health regulations, standards of practice, and clinical workflows to promote compliance, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes
