Education
✓Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of experience managing digital communications, marketing, web, fundraising, or related projects.
Qualifications
✓In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities and competencies:
✓Experience coordinating complex digital communications, marketing, web, and fundraising projects with strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools
✓Strong project management skills, including the ability to define scope, build timelines, manage dependencies, facilitate meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and drive work to completion.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to translate technical or operational details for nontechnical stakeholders.
✓Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, competing priorities, sensitive information, and confidential information with care.
✓Working knowledge of digital communications channels and production tools, including websites, CMS platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, donation forms, event registration, analytics, and Microsoft 365 applications.
✓Ability to learn new programs as needed.
✓Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for future digital engagement efforts.
✓Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality assurance, brand consistency, accessibility, user experience, best practices, and operational efficiency.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively and professionally with diverse audiences, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
✓Interest in the organization’s mission and the role of philanthropy in supporting patient care, research, education, and community service.

Experience with WordPress, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager a plus. preferred
