✓Outstanding written and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
✓Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and demonstrated ability in multiple projects simultaneously while working optimally under deadlines and changing priorities
✓The ability to resolve moderately complex problems and use judgment within defined practices and procedures, and to fully apply standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
✓The ability to contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
✓The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in laypeople’s terms is essential
✓Experience with project management and program development required
✓Ability to interact with front-line staff as well as senior leaders in the development office and across the hospital
✓Takes initiative and functions effectively, both independently and as a member of a team, with a willingness to assist with routine and last-minute projects
✓Good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information
✓Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital platforms and programs
