Leads patient evaluations and diagnoses by: training team to conduct member/patient assessments and mental health evaluations to provide diagnoses and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and approaches for identified diagnoses (e.g., individual, family, and group therapy) according to established methods. Leads program development and management by: monitoring the teams quality and effectiveness in executing therapy programs (e.g., in-/out-patient psychotherapy, chemical dependency) and recommending adjustments to improve impact of services; training team on systems and processes for outcome management and encouraging them to identify areas of improvement for clinical treatment programs, designs, or protocols; and maintaining and managing provider schedules and templates.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Minimum two (2) years of experience in treatment planning. Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or other relevant healthcare field.
