Qualifications
✓Possesses well rounded knowledge of construction
✓B.S. in mechanical, electrical, civil or construction engineering. Architectural degrees also accepted
✓CHC license or able to attain within 6 months of employment required
✓5 years experience in consulting engineering or construction management in a healthcare environment
✓Proven track record of managing construction projects to meet schedule and budget constraints
✓Experience generating construction budgets and cost estimates, organizing bid packages, and negotiating bids for general trades, mechanical, and electric work
✓Knowledge of architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
✓Knowledge of regulatory codes in a healthcare setting: TJC, FGI guidelines, NFPA, Etc.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, AutoCAD, and construction scheduling software
✓Proficient oral and written communication skills
