You’ll need
Certifications
✓Must maintain CPR Certification (American Heart Association-AHA)
✓Assessment Based Recognition Program - ABR
Education
✓High School Diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate | Required
Qualifications
✓Participate in performance improvement activities (EXCEL).
✓Knowledge of various medical terminology
✓Good written and verbal communication skills
✓Excellent organizational skills
✓Working knowledge of basic computers and computer software
✓Interaction with a patient population of all ages ranging from neonates to geriatrics, required
✓Must demonstrate professionalism and personal integrity
✓Must organize and prioritize work flow
✓Must be consciences, flexible, and open to change
✓Assures compliance with regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines
✓Works independently as well as team /group setting
✓patients, family members, RN’s, NP’s, Physicians, and other RHC staff members
✓Must have good written and verbal communication skills
✓Must reflect a positive, caring attitude toward clients, patients, staff and the public we serve
Knowledge of Electronic Heath Record Systems; preferred
