- Proficiency in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
- Supporting the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues.
- Supporting the ongoing team member performance appraisal, hiring, and counseling and terminating process.
- Acting as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
