Empower and direct clinical staff by assigning duties tailored to individual skills, maximizing team strengths and supporting professional growth. Hire, mentor and evaluate team members to cultivate a high-performing, compassionate workforce dedicated to patient satisfaction.
Drive clinical quality initiatives and process audits to continuously improve patient outcomes and uphold high care standards. Collaborate with leadership to update departmental workflows and maintain compliance with evolving health care practices. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
