✓Demonstrated competency in disaster planning, emergency procedures, and organizational preparedness.
✓Solid working knowledge of nursing practices, including the Nurse Practice Act, documentation standards, and required competencies for the clinical area.
✓Proficient in risk management, infection control, and quality improvement processes to support safe and effective patient care.
✓Consistently delivers strong customer service and contributes to patient satisfaction.
