Days | Full Time How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily nursing operations across critical care areas to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal staffing, and high-quality, compassionate care. Empower and develop clinical teams by delegating tasks aligned with individual skill sets, conducting performance evaluations, and guiding ongoing professional growth. Drive continuous quality improvement by leading clinical audits and refining care processes to elevate safety standards and patient outcomes.
Evaluate and address immediate patient needs in high-acuity environments to maintain seamless access to immediate, specialized care. Partner with leadership to update, standardize, and enforce evidence-based clinical workflows across departments. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Approved Local Exception preferred. Approved Local Exception for TN to add STABLE.
Do not use if not TN. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation preferred.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences: 3 Years of LDRP experience preferred.
