Assistant Nurse Manager,
Providing nursing care to patients on the unit The assessment and reassessment of unit function; serves as a liaison for staff, physicians and other departments. Providing resource for staff members as well as mentors growth and provides feedback to staff Monitoring/adjusting manhours in accordance with unit budget Assisting manager with disciplinary issues and annual performance reviews Facilitates any special needs of the surgeon, meets with vendors and keeps preference sheets current Is able to perform any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulating Experience
2 Years Operating Room Nursing Experience required. Education & Credential
