This is a 1.0 FTE, full-time day shift position , working weekdays only. As an ANM, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with hands-on leadership, partnering with nursing leadership to guide daily operations, mentor caregivers, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, whole-person care. Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital. Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience. Leadership experience.
