Routinely provide patient care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Maintains employee records.
Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development. Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education. Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner. Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers. Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.

Education (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Work Experience 1+ years clinical experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic. (Required proficiency) Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers.
