Ensures screening, evaluation, treatment of patients results in appropriate service delivery, positive clinical outcomes. Participates in hiring, training, coaching and termination of staff, as assigned by Director. Effectively supervises, orients, trains and evaluates staff ensuring effective staff performance and high standards of care.
Identifies ongoing training needs of staff, plans annual in-services, classes and training.
