Routinely provide patient care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Maintains employee records.
Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development. Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education. Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner. Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers. Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.

Education (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date (Required) or (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date (Required) Work Experience 1+ years clinical experience, preferably oncology Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic.

(Required proficiency) Demonstrated ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism and integrity.
