Assistant Professor, Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) - Emergency Medicine, McGovern Medical School

McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston , a leading academic health center, invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in the Department of Emergency Medicine , Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Position Key Accountabilities: Providing clinical service efforts at Memorial Hermann and Memorial Hermann Community Hospitals (Memorial City, Sugar Land, and Katy), helping to supervise medical care in the Emergency Center.

Working a set number of clinical hours a month, and the remaining hours per month will be protected for research, administrative, and educational activities. Clinical reductions will be based on roles in the department and medical school Participating in departmental teaching activities, including medical student and house staff education, didactic conferences, seminars, lectures, and case presentations, and supporting the department’s professional activities enthusiastically.

MD/DO. Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine. Licensed or eligible for full medical licensure in the State of Texas.
