Full employer posting

The Associate Annual Giving Officer has responsibility for creating and managing strategies to secure and steward Mid-Level ($1,000+) and Lead Annual ($10,000+) donations from high-potential donors, focusing on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major gift ($50,000+) prospects. This role bridges regular annual giving with major gifts, ensuring a consistent revenue stream and nurturing relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future, thereby strengthening the overall sustainability of the Foundation's fundraising efforts.

Position requires strong relationship-building, data analysis, and fundraising skills, typically within higher education, academic medical centers or other nonprofits. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Saint Johns Health Center and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
