Licensure
✓Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
Certifications
Epic certification preferred
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Qualifications
✓5+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist, including pharmacy operations and Pharmacy & Therapeutics experience
✓5+ years in a clinical informatics role, including development of electronic medical record tools and medication-management solutions
✓3+ years of experience with medication software configuration, testing, and implementation
✓3+ years of experience working in Epic EHR, with solid proficiency
✓3+ years of professional project management experience
✓Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, building professional relationships, resolving problems, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accuracy in work products
✓Advanced analytical and technical skills, including the ability to translate data into recommendations and communicate project return on investment
✓Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and lead complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
✓All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
