Current Saint Francis Colleagues - Please click HERE to login and apply. JOB SUMMARY Provides technical support and customer service as part of the Technical Services Team. Troubleshoot and resolve urgent technical issues and responds to help requests in person or by phone.
Identifies and escalates complex issues to responsible teams and management. Compiles daily or weekly issues log for management. Installs and repairs computer hardware and software, cleans computers, and runs diagnostic programs.
Writes user manuals. Monitors and maintains the organizational computer system's daily performance. Maintains the Knowledge Base in the Service Management ticket system.
Other duties as assigned. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Time Type: Part Time, 16 hours per week. Without benefits.
Typical Hours: 1-2 shifts per week, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Weekday and weekend coverage needed.
- High School Diploma or GED- required License/Certification: - CompTIA A+ or comparable certification- preferred
