✓Experience with regulatory agencies, providers, and/or clinical delivery
✓Proven ability to provide timely and responsive legal support for business partners
✓Proven solid understanding of health insurance and/or the managed care industry
✓Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment
✓Demonstrated understanding of business problems related to assigned legal projects and ability to evaluate and determine appropriate legal course of action to meet business unit needs
✓Demonstrated advanced negotiation skills
✓Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
✓Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace
✓Proven ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints
