✓Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications
✓Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence, with a safe driving record free of major traffic violations or a pattern of repeated violations within the past three years.
✓Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle for travelling between HealthPartners’ locations as needed.
✓Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
✓Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals across varying levels of technical expertise.
✓Foundational technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
