Licensure
✓Board certification in Emergency Medicine from the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).
✓NJ & PA licenses, DEA and CDS, and other medical staff bylaw requirements.
Education
✓MD/DO Degree.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three years of post-residency clinical experience as an Emergency Department physician.
✓Strong communication and leadership skills highly organized and productive. Working knowledge of ED throughput metrics, quality and regulatory standards (CMS, The Joint Commission), and provider scheduling.
✓Ability to lead and motivate clinical teams, manage conflict, and make sound decisions in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
✓Exempt Hours.
Prior leadership, committee, or administrative experience preferred.
