Reporting to the Food Production Manager, this position performs diversified duties in kitchen, tray line, and room service following standard practices and complying with regulatory requirements. Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
