Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Primary Care

An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. The position performs prior authorizations when necessary.

Coursework/Training: Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire. Customer service experience.

6 months of medical office experience. 6 months of experience in EMR.
