Coursework/Training: Completion of 1 clinical semester of nursing school, or equivalent educ/experience 1 year as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Corpsman in the Armed Services, PCT, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute hospital setting, sub-acute long term care setting or outpatient/home health setting. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) - provided by St.
Joseph Hospital
2 years of experience working in an emergency department as an EMT or CNA.
