✓Licensed Social Worker (Colorado) OR Clinical Social Worker Candidate (Colorado)
Education
✓Masters degree in psychology or social work with a clinical focus.
Qualifications
✓Intention to pursue licensure and completion within three (3) years of hire.
Knowledge of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine patient populations in inpatient and outpatient settings. preferred
Knowledge of the complex systems of psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment at the community and county levels. preferred
Outstanding communication and organizational skills. preferred
Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to colleagues, members, customers, contracted providers, and vendors. preferred
Working knowledge collaborating with team members and family members, accessing internal and external resources. preferred
Working knowledge of data collection tools, databases, and word processing programs. preferred
Demonstrated customer service skills, customer focus abilities and the ability to understand Kaiser Permanente customer needs. preferred
