✓Chemotherapy Certified Nurse
✓BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
Oncology Certified Nurse OCN preferred or planning to obtain it
Education
✓BSN
Master's degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Experienced RN with Charge Nurse experience or Nurse Manager experience
✓Minimum of 3 to 5 years of oncology nursing experience required
Prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
Experience in a Magnet designated or pursuing Magnet organization preferred
