RWJBH is seeking an Assistant Director in the Post Coronary Care Unit at the New Brunswick campus, This is a night position 40 hours/week, Please note the hours of this position are 7:00 pm - 7:30 am with an additional 8 hours of office time bi-weekly, Education Required: -Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN required -Master's Degree (Preferred) Licensure Required: - Current active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New Jersey, - American Heart Association Basic Life Support BLS for Healthcare Providers required -Advanced Cardiac Life support ACLS for healthcare providers required, Licensure Preferred: -Nursing Certification Preferred, Experience Required: - At least 3 to 4 years of experience working in a telemetry acute care setting preferred, with Charge Nurse responsibilities, - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, - Dedication to providing patient-centered care and promoting positive patient experiences, Experience Preferred: -Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead teams in alignment
